The Production Process of Flat Bags
The most important process for manufacturing plastic bags is blown film extrusion. First, the film blowing machine will inhale the raw material in the hopper, heat and dissolve it, and then blow out the plastic film under the action of the internal fan. Next, the plastic roll film is obtained through the machine’s winding device. Finally, the plastic roll film is placed on the bag cutting machine, and the finished bag of the appropriate size is cut and glued according to the required specifications.
Compared to T-shirt and drawstring styles, the production process of flat poly bags is relatively simple. Manufacturers only need to design the perforations and sealing lines at the junction of the bottom and top of the bags, which makes it easy to tear off and separate each bag.
